    While ASEAN has substantially become an important regional actor in a globalized world, how ASEAN has taken disaster response into consideration in its development as well as reaching its coordination, collaboration and cooperation with other actors as well as the rest of the world? Elaborating hints and clues to address this question might unpack huge challenges and opportunities for international relations in Humanitarian Affairs.
