Update on the NOHA Graduates Platform

We are happy to inform you that the work on the NOHA Graduates Platform is progressing and that different components of the Platform will be launched within the next three months. We decided that proper consultations with the Graduates were essential, as were the results of the NOHA Graduates Survey which closes on Sunday, March 12.

If you haven't yet filled in the survey, please do so! It is available under this link.

The main idea behind the new framework is a continuity but also strengthening the management and organisational structure of the community of graduates of the NOHA Joint Master's Programme in International Humanitarian Action (and its previous variations). It aims to foster the ‘family’ spirit among all alumni but also to facilitate the exchange of reflections on humanitarian issues, share valuable experience and keep track of each other years after graduation.

The timeline for the next few months is the following:

  • 13-31 March - call for NOHA Graduates Committee Members
  • 10-14 April - selection of the NOHA Graduates Committee
  • late April - launch of the first components of the NOHA Graduates Platform
  • mid-May - first meeting of the NOHA Graduates Committee
  • late June - launch of the fully operational NOHA Graduates Platform
  • July - call for NOHA Ambassadors
  • 15 September - launch of the NOHA Mentoring Programme

Plan of detailed activities will be shared upon formation of the NOHA Graduates Committee.
